RMA POLICY :
Returns will only be accepted when accompanied by an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
All returns must be with RMA Number.Non-defective returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items without RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage – Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the damaged products and we will immediately replace these items. Please do not ship the damaged items back to us as we will need to file a damage claim with FedEx who may need to inspect the package and damaged products.
Defective Merchandise – Defective Remanufactured or Compatible ink or toner cartridges are backed by our Lifetime Performance Warranty against manufacturer defects. OEM Original Ink & Toner and all other items are covered by a 1-year warranty. Defective items are accepted for return only if there have been no traces of damage due to misuse or tampering.
Shipping Error – If we inadvertently shipped you the wrong item(Items different from what you ordered), we will immediately replace the product, then once we receive the incorrect products back from you then we will credit you for the return plus your shipping charges to return the products back to us. You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the incorrect products.
Short Shipments – All short shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery for credit or replacement consideration.
All Other Returns – We will accept any unused and resaleable items for return within 30 days of original purchase. These products must be in their original and unopened packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus your return shipping cost
Important for Returns – If we received the replacement request we can not process the refund for future. Also we will do just one time replacement if you receive one set (4 color) you need to provide us once you attempt to replacement which cartridges are defective, otherwise on the second attempt with other cartridges which is you do not provide us on the first attempt we will not collect it.
Important for Returns – If you do not update your RMA status or if you do not do any activity after you request RMA in 15 days your RMA request is closed and you can not submit any new RMA request.
Important for Returns – In order to send you new item, we need to get the return item first. If you want “advanced replacement” which means you want us to send you new package before you send “return item”, you have to fill out “credit card authorization form”. With this form , you aggree that we are authorized to hold the amount of your order. once we get the return item back all holds will be released. If you don`t send us “credit card authorization form” in 24 hours after you requested your replacement, it will be processed as normal and we will wait to get return item from you,then we will send you a replacement.

RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY
GENERAL RETURN POLICIES
For any replacements, exchanges or returns, please follow these steps:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name and your order number,
Explain in a detailed way of your experiences with that specific purchase,
Please mention if you would like a replacement, return or an exchange.
Then please wait for a response from our Return Department which they will assist with your questions. Please do not ship any product until your Return Merchandise Authorization is approved. Returns are accepted on compatible items for up to 1 Year from date of purchase subject to conditions listed below.
Once your RMA has been approved and if the return date is within 30-days of the purchase date. Our return address and all the information we need including the RMA # will already be on the label. Then, simply drop the package (the same way you had received, not just by the cartridges box) at any FedEx or UPS location or give it to your regular FedEx or UPS driver. If the return date is after 30-days of the purchase date, you will need to ship the items back at your expense.
In case the FedEx or UPS service is not valid at your location you will have to return the items at your expense and then fax the receipt to 1.626.288.9881. with the tracking number and a reference number such as your RMA number or sales order number. We will reimburse your return shipping cost up to $7.50. This only applies if the return date is within 30-days of the purchase date.
The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. We will email you several reminders if we have not received the return package. Please return it promptly to insure timely refund or replacements.
Estimated print yields are not a guarantee of minimum life and are not covered under warranty or return policy, but are provided to assist in supplies planning. Actual usage should be used to establish the life of the supply product in each user’s specific application. Many factors, such as print coverage per page, paper type and size, model type and environmental conditions can affect supply life.
Please note that all returned cartridges must be at least 70% full, otherwise we will not be able to accept them. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will notify you by email. If you want the cartridge back we can send it at your expense, only if it’s claimed within 15 days from the date you were notified.
Once you receive your order please try each one of the cartridges to see if there is any defection or malfunctioning on any of them. We will only accept the one-time replacement for any defection or malfunctioning replacements. Therefore, please make sure you test each one of the cartridges to see if there are any problems with them. If you make a replacement request twice for any purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. TonerDeals.com will not cover the shipping charges except for the first replacement request.
Please make sure your shipping information are correct before you cofirm any orders. We do not take any responsibility in wrong shipments or returned packages. As for any returned packages, your order will be refunded back to you automatically except the shipping fees.
RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE COMPATIBLE AND REMANUFACTURED ITEMS
If the return date is within 30-days of the date of purchase, you can return the items for a full refund (less the original shipping charges) or request a replacement. TonerDeals.com will not pay for the return shipping via Pre-paid FedEx or UPS label.
If the return date is after 30-days of the date of purchase,we do not accept any returns.But we can offer a replacement. TonerDeals.com will not pay for the return shipping. You will be responsible for shipping the items back after receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Replacement options: Customers can elect either of these two methods of replacing their products:
1. Get your return authorization number, return your product, and we will ship your replacement free of charge after receiving and inspecting your returned products.
2. If you urgently need your replacement, you can elect to purchase the replacement product at the regular price of the item (with free shipping charges) and we will credit your original purchase after inspecting your returned product. This is a security measure in order to make sure that the product is returned.
Please note that the shipping method to use in the replacement order will be the same as the one selected in the original order.
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE COMPATIBLE AND REMANUFACTURED ITEMS
If the return date is within 30-days of the date of purchase, shipping plus the %20 stocking fee will be reimbursed from your refund. The RMA number is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue, after this period the RMA will be closed and cannot be reopened.
If the return date is after 30-days of the date of purchase, you cannot return the items. You might consider selling them at auction on eBay or list them Craigslist.
All non-defective products (items ordered wrong, items no longer needed, printer broke, etc.) must be returned in the original packaging in as-new condition.
All non-defective items must be returned by the customer at their expense once the RMA is approved (customers will receive an email confirmation). The RMA number must be written on the outside shipping box, not the actual product packaging.
It is advised to ship via a traceable method such as FedEx, UPS or USPS and keep a copy of the tracking number. Please email the tracking number once available to email@example.com If the package is lost or not delivered to us, we will not be able to issue the refund.
RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) ITEMS
We do not accept return for OEM items.
SHIPPING DAMAGE RETURNS
If you receive a product that is damaged by shipping, please initiate a return authorization request within 5 business days after receipt of the package. Do not throw away or alter any of the product and packaging, we will need a picture of the damage package in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause. We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded. Depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of two ways:
For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the customer location.
For some other claims, we will issue a return authorization number for you to return the package to our returns warehouse, following the normal return procedure.
After we are able to properly establish that the product was damaged during shipping, TonerDeals.com will replace damaged products free of charge based on return policy.
LOST ORDERS AND WRONG ADDRESSES
If you tried tracking the order via FedEx, USPS, or UPS and you can’t see a delivery confirmation or other delivery activity, it’s possible that the shipment is in transit and still out for delivery. If it’s been more than 10 business days, it’s possible that the shipment is lost in transit.
If the shipment is lost by UPS, USPS or FedEx, a claim has to be filed. TonerDeals.com will file the claim and continue to follow-up with the shipping company until the shipment is arrived or declared lost. Once the claim is accepted by the shipping company, we will be able to issue either a replacement at no cost or a refund.
However, when a shipment shows delivered or signed and shipped to the correct address, no claim can be made and we cannot issue a replacement or a refund.
If by any reason the shipment is returned to our warehouse, (the shipping address is incorrect, the shipping method was chosen incorrectly, the carrier is unable to locate the recipient, etc.); we will contact you via telephone or email to re-confirm the shipping address. Then we will reship the items to the correct address.
WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED
Please note that the item codes on the boxes may differ from the ones on our website. Different manufacturers may use different codes for the same item. Since the compatible and remanufactured items work in many printers, it is possible that your printer may not be listed.
If you still believe that you have received the wrong item, complete the Returns and Exchange Form.
Once the RMA is processed by our representative we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You will also receive a pre-paid return label from FedEx or UPS to use in returning the wrong item shipped.
WHEN ARE REFUNDS/EXCHANGES PROCESSED?
Once the returned item/s are received in our warehouse we will inspect them and process the refund or replacement. Our normal turnaround time is 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-4 days to see the credit back on your credit card statement. Your original method of payment will be credited after your return is received.
